Il s’en est passé des choses ces 3 derniers mois ! Nous avons assisté au plus grand salon français spécialisé autour de l’agave, Viva Agave. Nous y avons découvert de nouvelles marques, de nouvelles personnes, et plein de nouvelles histoires à raconter : comme la superbe tequila ENTREMANOS. Mais nous avons aussi pu assister à des dégustations & masterclass desquelles ont découlé un certain nombre de rendez-vous : NETA nous a parlé de son projet communautaire, Niño Sin Amor est venu nous rendre visite à Lille, un moment de convivialité exceptionnel avec Luis Alonso. Nous avons franchi les limites de l’agave, et nous sommes tournés vers le SOTOL et son expression du terroir du nord du Mexique avec Cardenxe.

So much has happened in the last three months! We attended Viva Agave, the largest French trade show dedicated to agave. There, we discovered new brands, new people, and plenty of new stories to tell, like the superb Entremanos tequila. We also had the opportunity to attend tastings and masterclasses, which led to several meetings: NETA told us about their community project, Niño Sin Amor visited us in Lille, and we enjoyed a truly exceptional and convivial moment with Luis Alonso. We ventured beyond the realm of agave and explored SOTOL and its expression of the northern Mexican terroir with Cardenxe.
