Un voisin belge, informaticien \u00e0 ses heures perdues (comme moi, ou alors on d\u00e9guste \u00e0 toute heure, je ne sais plus bien quel est mon vrai m\u00e9tier parfois), et qui propose depuis peu quelques s\u00e9lections avec de belles maisons. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Aujourd’hui, je vous parle de l’armagnac qu’il a s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9 dans les chais d’Homtab\u00e8re<\/a> – que j’appr\u00e9cie tout particuli\u00e8rement, plusieurs articles dispo sur le blog : ici<\/a>, ici<\/a> ou encore ici<\/a>) avec son ami Jo\u00ebl.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Armagnac de 2014 issu de vignes du c\u00e9page Folle Blanche et vieillit durant 12 ans dans son f\u00fbt H1.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nez<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Rond et imm\u00e9diatement tr\u00e8s gourmand, il m’a rappel\u00e9 certains rhum VO\/VSOP, nougat & miel en premier, fruits jaunes en compl\u00e9ment, c’est tr\u00e8s r\u00e9ussi et extr\u00eamement simple \u00e0 aborder – les copains ont confirm\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bouche<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Soyeuse, entre fruits du verger, l\u00e9gers \u00e9pices (cannelle, muscade je pense), miel et amandes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Encore une fois, tr\u00e8s gourmand, bien rond.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La finale harmonieuse s’\u00e9ternise sur la vanille et un beau bois\u00e9 fondu. Un jus qui saura plaire au plus grand nombre, ou attirer de nouvelles personnes dans le merveilleux monde de l’armagnac !<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n
