On sent clairement que le salon investit massivement sur ce segment, reflet de la dynamique mondiale du march\u00e9. Mais assez parl\u00e9 du salon (qui ne m&rsquo;a refus\u00e9 l&rsquo;accr\u00e9ditation presse d&rsquo;ailleurs cette ann\u00e9e, incompr\u00e9hensible&#8230;) parlons plut\u00f4t des copains, et des d\u00e9gustations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><strong>50+ Armagnacs en libre-service \ud83e\udd2f<\/strong><\/strong><\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p>Oui. Cinquante. En libre-service. Parce que les dans les salons pros, personne ne picole c&rsquo;est bien connu !<br><strong>Le&nbsp;Domaine de Danis 1986<\/strong>&nbsp;\u00e9tait pour moi le sommet du lundi. J&rsquo;en ai trouv\u00e9 de nouveaux chez TOS (l&rsquo;une des rares distilleries de ma r\u00e9gion des hauts-de-france), ainsi qu&rsquo;au Domaine Des Hautes Glaces avec 2 nouvelles r\u00e9f\u00e9rences, en plus d&rsquo;un Vulsion vieilli. Il laisse vraiment les c\u00e9r\u00e9ales respirer, et j&rsquo;adore. C&rsquo;est dingue de voir \u00e0 quel point la distillation fran\u00e7aise devient technique et pointue. Mentione sp\u00e9ciale pour la cuv\u00e9e Air de Plaine, Single Cask en f\u00fbt neuf de bourgogne. <br>Au passage, ils \u00e9taient pr\u00e9sent sur le stand d&rsquo;IQ-Spirits, distributeur \u00e0 surveiller car le portfolio grossit \u00e0 vue d&rsquo;oeil ! <\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Swell De Spirits : l\u2019embouteilleur ind\u00e9 pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9 des passionn\u00e9s<\/strong> ?!<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Sorry guys, c&rsquo;est pas que je suis fanboy, c&rsquo;est que c&rsquo;est le stand o\u00f9 tous les vrais passionn\u00e9s se sont retrouv\u00e9s. Comme l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re j&rsquo;ai \u00e9t\u00e9 subjugu\u00e9 par l&rsquo;ensemble du stand. Pas fum\u00e9 du tout, expressifs, avec des ar\u00f4mes fruit\u00e9s, parfois floraux, et une belle min\u00e9ralit\u00e9. D\u00e9but d&rsquo;un engouement populaire?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tequila Barajas : joli projet<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La&nbsp;Tequila Barajas&nbsp;a \u00e9t\u00e9&nbsp;fond\u00e9e en 1997 par Gerardo Barajas, qui a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de cr\u00e9er sa propre tequila apr\u00e8s avoir appris le m\u00e9tier aupr\u00e8s de son coll\u00e8gue et mentor, le c\u00e9l\u00e8bre&nbsp;<em>Maestro Tequilero<\/em>&nbsp;Francisco Alcaraz. Aujourd&rsquo;hui la marque est port\u00e9e par la nouvelle g\u00e9n\u00e9ration \u2014 notamment&nbsp;Daniel Barajas&nbsp;avec&nbsp;Alexia Strohmeier qui nous ont accueillis sur le stand &#8211; juste \u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9 de Swell de Spirits &#8211; immanquable. Ca faisait un moment qu&rsquo;elles m&rsquo;intriguaient ses carafes, j&rsquo;ai donc pass\u00e9 pas mal de temps sur le stand, super accueil, tr\u00e8s beau travail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Une bouteille qui raconte une culture<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.tequilabarajas.com\" title=\"\">Tequila Barajas<\/a> va au-del\u00e0 du simple spiritueux : la bouteille elle-m\u00eame est con\u00e7ue comme une&nbsp;\u0153uvre d\u2019art, reflet de la culture, de l\u2019artisanat et de l\u2019identit\u00e9 mexicaine. Ce lien \u00e9troit entre liquide et design est une signature forte de la marque, qui souhaite faire vivre une&nbsp;exp\u00e9rience sensorielle totale&nbsp;\u2014 de l\u2019\u0153il au palais. Chaque flacon est&nbsp;peint \u00e0 la main par des artisans, souvent pendant plus de&nbsp;7 heures, et sign\u00e9 par celui qui l\u2019a r\u00e9alis\u00e9.&nbsp;<br>Si la tequila est plut\u00f4t moderne, et actuellement uniquement dispo en version vieillie (reposado, anejo, extra-anejo) une version Blanco est \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9tude, permettant de r\u00e9utiliser les jolies carafes. Pegasus Distillerie proposait un stand immanquable, \u00e0 la fois chic, flashy, et fun. Une vraie bonne ambiance communicative qui a attir\u00e9 du monde.
